Hi, I’m Melita
I’m passionate about supporting people to come back to themselves — to find that quiet, steady place inside that feels true, alive, and at ease. My approach is gentle and holistic, recognising that true wellbeing comes from listening to both mind and body.
Our bodies often carry the stories of our lives – things we might not have words for or might have forgotten. By tuning in we can uncover insight, and find resources for healing and true change. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore what’s happening for you and restore balance from within.
Originally from Lithuania, I’ve been living in the UK for over 15 years and now call it home. I know what it’s like to go through big changes — to leave familiar things behind and create something new. That experience has deeply shaped how I see people and the healing process. I believe we all need connection, belonging, and the freedom to grow into who we truly are.
I also believe that being a good therapist starts with doing your own inner work. I’ve been in personal therapy for more than six years, and that ongoing exploration continues to inform and deepen my professional practice.
I’m a Trainee Biodynamic Psychotherapist. I’ve completed my postgraduate diploma with the London School of Biodynamic Psychotherapy and am now working towards finalising my client case studies. I’m registered with the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) — an organisation recognised for its high professional and ethical standards.
