Biodynamic psychotherapy

A body-oriented approach to therapy that supports the processing of deeply held experiences in both the body and mind. By working gently with your nervous system, we help shift patterns of anxiety, stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm — supporting greater regulation and resilience.

Biodynamic massage

A gentle hands-on treatment designed to support nervous system regulation and release held tension. Through slow, mindful touch, this work helps calm stress responses, ease physical tightness, and create a sense of safety and balance within the body.
