being that no longer serve you. This is where coming home to yourself truly begins.<\/p><p>Biodynamic work holds a special place in my heart. Having experienced its depth and power personally, it\u2019s an honour to now offer it in service to my community.<\/p><p>The change that unfolds through this work is often cellular and beyond words \u2014 subtle yet profound. It invites us to remember who we are beneath the noise \u2014 whole, connected, and already carrying the wisdom needed for our own healing.<\/p><p data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"1032\">I am a Trainee Biodynamic Psychotherapist and Biodynamic Massage Therapist, trained at the London School of Biodynamic Psychotherapy, and currently completing the final stage of my clinical training. I am a trainee member of the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy), an organisation recognised for its high professional and ethical standards.<\/p><p data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"1032\">Starting therapy can feel like a big step. It\u2019s natural to feel unsure or to have questions about the process.
